Whether you are after a jaw-dropping view of the mountains or an elopement at sea, I am all in to create the most incredible experience. When it comes to elopements and micro weddings there are truly no rules or boundaries. So how does it work? 

I will search and scout with you hidden gems until we find your dream destination first and then the perfect location; recommend and liaise with the best suppliers to deliver your vision; help you navigate contracts, legalities,  travel and accommodation arrangements; be your witness if you wish and of course be there on the day to ensure everything goes as planned so you can enjoy every moment! 

Elopements are created completely bespoke and designed based on your wildest dreams. This service is suitable for micro weddings and small weddings with up to 15 guests, perfect whether it's just the two of you or you and your very nearest and dearest.

Prices vary depending on lead times, the level of planning support you need and the number of guests. It all starts with a free consultation and it would be a honour to help you write this chapter of your incredible love adventure.

Full destination wedding planning is for couples wanting the advice and guidance of a professional to create an authentic and immersive experience. And I am here to make this journey fun and memorable. Getting you to the wedding day brimming with excitement for what we have created over many months, is why I do what I do! Together we will curate the details that matter to you and make you unique as a couple; all whilst ensuring your guests have the time of their life celebrating your LOVE!

The full wedding planning experience includes:

* Venue research and scouting;
* Supplier recommendations in line with your vision and budget;
* Assistance with reviewing contracts and legal requirements;
* A cohesive wedding design that is personal to you and reflects your vision;
* Budget management and regular catch ups;
* Supplier coordination from day one to the day of; 
* A wedding day timeline with floor-plans;
* Wedding day coordination in person, ensuring timely set up and flawless execution;
* Planning and coordination of events surrounding the wedding day;
* Coordination of post-event logistics;
* Upon request assistance with transport, at the destination itineraries and guests transfers, accommodation suggestions and block bookings;

This is not an exhaustive list, it's a starting point because no two weddings are the same. In terms of investment, you can expect to pay 12.5%-15% of your total wedding budget + travel expenses (a minimum fee applies).

Wedding Planning FAQ's

I strive to be as flexible as possible, as I understand everyone has different commitments and timelines. However, too much time spent planning your wedding, will likely make you second guess your decisions later on and take the fun out of the experience! Equally you don't want to feel rushed, as that will inevitably lead to stress, particularly if your favourite suppliers aren't available. For weddings and elopements a timeframe of around 12 months is ideal, however I'm happy to take bookings up to 18 months in advance. In terms of the minimum lead time required, it depends on the destination, season, number of guests, your dreams and expectations. If you are unsure whether to start planning your wedding now, reach out to me for a chat and we will figure out the best plan for you and your celebration. 

I split my time between Italy and London (UK) so if you would like somebody who is 100% fluent in English and Italian and understands the intricacies of having an international guest list attending a destination wedding, I would be delighted to help you! For wedding day management or on the day coordination, we first have a chat to ensure you have complete clarity and all the tools to plan your wedding abroad independently. 4-6 weeks before your wedding day, we go through everything you planned in detail and together we finalise the timeline for the day to ensure everyone knows where they need to be when. You'll then be able to focus on the fun stuff and arrive completely relaxed on your wedding day, as I coordinate suppliers for you. On the day I'll be there to ensure everything goes as you planned. I'll be the go to person for any issues or questions, so you and your loved ones can be completely immersed in the magic of your wedding day. I understand how difficult it can be to find the dream venue in a different country or perhaps your dream supplier is not available or they have let you down at short notice. I have been there myself (all 3 scenarios actually!) and it's very stressful, so I would love to take that weight off your shoulders! Planning help is available at GBP 49 per hour. Once I have all the details from you and an understanding of the planning support you need, I can provide you with an accurate quote. 


A minimum spend applies on all wedding planning services. Destination weddings and elopements take anywhere between 150-500 hours to plan so understanding what you have in mind, my involvement and the logistics of the destination you are considering is key to giving you a price that is fair. My contact form is really detailed and when completed in full will allow me to share the minimum fee with you.


I only take a limited number of bookings each year to ensure I am there for you 110%! I want you to feel you are getting the best of me not a run down version of it. Get in touch to find out my availability.

As an international destination wedding and elopement planner I work with suppliers all over the world. My job is to help you choose allies that will be as excited as you are to bring your vision to life. Filling your day with your favourite people and things! Just like you, I champion local produce and authenticity and I will always do my outmost to ensure the local community and economy of the destination benefits from my events. I am conscious of the environmental impact caused by the wedding industry and I feel a responsibility to minimise my business footprint as much as I can. From the couple's perspective it's also about securing the best possible suppliers that fit with your dream vision and budget, so where needed I won't hesitate to search further afield. 

The relationships with my couples and fellow colleagues are built on collaboration, mutual trust, respect and honesty. My fees are based on a percentage of budget. It would be unfair for me to take a commission from a supplier if this is charged back to the client. I want the relationships I have nurtured with suppliers to be beneficial to you and not an additional cost!

This is a tough question to answer because it depends on you as a couple. It takes anywhere between 150 and 500 hours to plan a destination wedding or elopement and the majority of couples consider wedding planning a very stressful task. Inevitably without a planner a lot of your free time across many months will be spent looking for venues, figuring out logistics and timelines, sourcing and briefing suppliers - all in a different country and potentially with a language/cultural barrier. If this sounds like fun to you and struggle with the idea of having somebody guiding you through this journey, then you might not need a planner. The role of a wedding planner is so broad because not only they will recommend trusted and vetted suppliers, they will advise you how to split your budget effectively and manage it for you, they will help you navigate contracts knowing what's reasonable and what isn't, with you they will create a cohesive vision for your day that showcases your style, personalities and passion. Last but not least they will coordinate the day and ensure it's as seamless as it could possibly be, deal with any hiccups/last-minute changes and ensure things happen when they are meant to be to maximise your enjoyment on the day so that you don't miss a single thing!
