Whether you are planning a birthday, anniversary, engagement, or maybe a fabulous family reunion half way around the globe, it's worth making it extra special and unforgettable for you and your guests! 

If I have the privilege of being your event planner, sourcing the perfect venue, creating a cohesive look and feel and recommending the best suppliers (catering, entertainment, florist, etc.) to bring your party to life, are just some of the must do's you won't need to worry about. On the day, I will be there to coordinate the event, welcome your guests with the biggest smile and ensure everything runs smoothly. All whilst you have an awesome time with your loved ones! 

Parties and special occasions are all very different and crafted based on your requirements. After a complimentary discovery call, where we get to know one another, share ideas and dream big, you'll receive a bespoke proposal for your event.

In terms of investment, you can expect to pay 10% of your total budget + travel expenses (a minimum fee applies).

Event planning FAQ's

If you have heaps of time, enjoy organising parties and all the logistics involved, sourcing a venue and suppliers, as well as coordinating them on the day - all whilst hosting and enjoying the time with your guests - then you don't! The benefit of having a party planner is that I can take care of all the things you don't enjoy in the planning process and recommend the vendors that are a perfect fit for your event style and budget. I help you with reviewing contracts, ensure timelines are in place and coordinate the logistics leading up to the event and on the day to ensure seamless execution. I welcome your guests and I am on hand if they or the suppliers need any information. All of this means we maximise the time you spend celebrating and having the best time, whilst I do the heavy-lifting! If you think you only need help with some tasks (such as venue finding), please get in touch so we can discuss how I can help you! 

Events can vary greatly depending on the occasion and chosen destination. If you are planning an event overseas 8-12 months is great to give your guests plenty of notice. If there is little or no travel involved, 4-6 months is plenty. If you are unsure whether to start planning now, reach out to me for a chat and we will figure out the best plan for you and your celebration. 

I understand how difficult it can be to find the dream venue in a different country or perhaps your dream supplier is not available or even worse they have let you down at short notice. I have been there myself (all 3 scenarios actually!) and it's very stressful, so I would love to take that weight off your shoulders! Planning help is available at GBP 50 per hour. Once I have all the details from you I can let you know how many hours you would need to book and provide you a quote. 


I do, it varies depending on the number of guests, travel logistics and whether it's a multi-day event as inevitably these factors will affect the intricacy and planning hours involved. My contact form is really detailed and when completed in full will enable me to give you the minimum fee.


I only take a limited number of bookings each year to ensure I am there for you 110%! I want you to feel you are getting the best of me not a run down version of it. Get in touch to find out my availability.

As an international event planner I work with suppliers all over the world. My job is to help you choose allies that will be as excited as you are to bring your party to life. Filling your day with your favourite people and things! Just like you, I champion local produce and authenticity and I will always do my outmost to ensure the local community and economy of the destination benefits from my events. I am conscious of the environmental impact caused by the event industry and I feel a responsibility to minimise my business footprint as much as I can. From a client's perspective it's also about securing the best possible suppliers that fit with your dream vision and budget, so where needed I will search further afield. 

My relationship with clients and colleagues is based on collaboration, mutual trust, respect and honesty. My fees are based on a percentage of budget and so it would be unfair for me to take a commission from a supplier if it means it will end up costing the client more than if they were sourcing the supplier directly. I want my relationships with my suppliers to be beneficial to you and not an additional cost!
